Established in 2003, Eastern Property Holdings (EPH), became one of the first foreign investors in the Russian real estate sector. EPH’s two clubhouses - Turandot Residences and Artisan - are situated on the Arbat. Jade Jagger for Yoo

The interior design bureau Yoo is based on the partnership of John Hitchcocks, an ambitious European developer, and Phillip Stark, a designer. Founded in 1999, Yoo has successfully carried out a number of large-scale projects all over the world - in Asia, Australia, Europe, South and North Americas and as far as the Near East. Jade Jagger started working for Yoo as creative director in 2005.

Green Design Society, the executive architect of the project, made Jade Jagger’s design ideas a reality. Green Design Society is a professional with twenty-five years of experience in the fields of designing, as well as interior and layout solutions.

AES+F
